Delivery and reception

The purchases are delivered after reception of the payment, packed under the best possible conditions, at only one place for the same order. Marie Louise de Bouteville commits herself with all implementing in order to deliver the products ordered within the fastest times. The average times are specified on each product specification, and vary according to the country of destination chosen by the customer. The freight costs are calculated according to the address of delivery chosen: they are indicated at stage 4 of the order in line. The freight costs are charged at the real cost. The orders are sent by Colissimo follow up, subsidiary of the French Post, i.e. each parcel has a track number which makes it possible to follow its routing. The delivery is carried out within the time envisaged by the direct handing-over of the product to the announced recipient, or in the event of absence, by written advise.

All the Colissimo tariffs are consultable at: http://www.laposte.fr/tarifscolisfrance.  The possible delays do not give the right to the purchaser to cancel the sale, to refuse the goods or to claim damages. Are regarded as case of force majeure discharging the Company from his obligations to deliver: war, riot, fire, strike, accident and impossibility of being supplied. The goods always travel at the risks and dangers of the recipient. The parcels must always be checked on arrival. Possible reserves near the transporters in the event of lack or of degradation must be made under 2 working days.
